Resep Red Velvet Cake
Bahan - Bahan :
- 250 gr Unsalted Butter
- 400 gr Sugar Granulated
- 6 pcs Eggs
- 15 gr Cocoa Powder
- 200 gr Cake Flour
- 200 ml Cream UHT Liquid
- 5 gr Salt
- 4 gr Baking Soda
- Red color as necessary
- Filling
- 500 gr Cream cheese
- 150 gr Icing sugar
- 250 gr Whipped cream
- Almond Nougatine
- 250 gr Almond slice
- 100 gr Sugar
- Water as necessary
Cara Membuat :
- Add egg one by one and mix continuously
- Shieve cake flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda
- Add to the butter micture
- Add cream liquid and a few drop of red color
- Pour into baking tray layered with grease oil baking paper
