Resep My fudgy milka brownie
Bahan - Bahan :
- 200 gram milka chocolate
- 80 gram all purpose flour
- 80 gram unsweetened chocolate powder
- 227 gram unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 4 whole eggs (room temperature)
- 250 gram palm sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla paste
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
Cara Membuat :
- Preheat oven to 165 C and place rack in center of oven , butter an 20cm square baking pan and line the bottom of the pan with aluminum foil
- Pour into the prepared pan and baked for above 35 - 40 minutes , or until the skewer inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs clinging to it
- Removed from oven and let cool on a wire rack , then cover and placed in the refrigerator overnight , served at room temperature or chilled , these freeze very well
